Mintec launches Ukrainian Milling Wheat Benchmark Prices

Following a period of market feedback, Mintec has launched two weekly Mintec Benchmark Prices (MBP) for Ukrainian milling wheat, effective from Friday, 30th June 2023. 

The initial proposal to launch this assessment was announced in a market note published on 1st June 2023 which can be found here. The decision to go ahead with the launch was communicated in a market note on 16th June 2023, which can be found here.

Ukraine is one of the world's most significant agricultural producers and exporters and plays a vital role in supplying wheat to the global market. The assessments provide Mintec subscribers with additional granularity and insight into the commonly traded grades of Ukrainian origin milling wheat.
