Mintec Category Indices (MCI) are specifically designed to measure the changes in price for a group of core food and beverage categories. This provides a uniform approach for all sectors to spot significant price movements within each category, and support strategic decision making across the supply chain.
Based on Mintec price data, Category Indices are a powerful tool to identify price movements within a category, enabling buying teams and suppliers to benchmark their prices.
