Mintec Clarifies Olive Oil Assessment Specifications

Mintec wants to clarify the quality specifications for the Olive Oil Mintec Benchmark Prices with the codes OO15, OO16, OO17, OO20, WJ40, WJ43. 

• The extra virgin olive oil assessments with the Mintec Codes OO15, OO16, OO17, OO20 & WJ40 represent extra virgin olive oil with an acidity level of 0.4%.

• The extra virgin olive oil assessment with the Mintec Code WJ43 represents extra virgin olive oil of any European origin with an acidity level of 0.8%.
