Users will be presented with new login screen to gain access to either COMTELL or Mintec Analytics. COMTELL users will be asked to set up multi-factor authentication (MFA). This MFA is different from the previous COMTELL MFA, and can be enabled with an Authenticator app, or with a phone number.
For our users that have access to platforms can easily log in to either COMTELL or Mintec Analytics on launch day and use SSO going forward. It's important to note, that if you have 2 separate log-ins, whichever platform you log into first on launch day will be your new SSO credentials.
Users can simply reset their password using the reset my password link on the log in page. For COMTELL users it's important to remember, the reset link will come from <identity@mintecglobal.com> via sendgrid.net. So, if you do not see this email in your main inbox, check your additional folders, like spam as well.
Users that just have 1 subscription to either COMTELL or Mintec Analytics are invited to contact their Account Manager to learn more about adding a new subscription and SSO access to both platforms.
