The average price of Chilean grape has risen by 147% in the recent six months (Aug-Jan) compared to the previous six-month average (Feb-July) due to the seasonal effect seen every year. The average six-monthly price has also risen by 13% y-o-y after the Chilean crop was severely affected by drought, which has limited production.

The average price of US grapes increased by 7% in the recent six months (Aug-Jan) compared to the previous six-month average (Feb-July) and compared to the same period in the previous year. The price increase was driven by greater demand on the domestic market and a downward revision to the initial production estimate.
