US frozen fruit sales reached $1.5 billion in 2021/22, with sales of frozen produce expected to continue growing. Frozen blueberries, raspberries and blackberries are some of the most commonly traded frozen fruits. Mintec’s offering of reliable and transparent pricing for this market will have a significant, positive impact on market transparency and indeed an increasing market value is raising the need for transparent price benchmarks according to market comments provided to Mintec.
