For the 25th & 26th of December 2023, this means the weekly EMEA pork and potato assessments, which are usually published on a Tuesday, will be assessed on Friday, 22nd December 2023.  **Market Reports ** Further, Mintec will not publish any market reports from Friday, 22nd December 2023, to Tuesday, 2nd January 2024, inclusive. Normal publishing schedules will resume on Wednesday, 3rd January 2024.
