Mintec is collecting feedback on this proposal from any market participants until Monday, 8 November 2021. The proposed assessments, including their specifications, are: ![](https://www.mintecglobal.com/hubfs/image-png-Oct-25-2023-10-49-06-6154-AM.png) The proposed assessments would reflect the transactable value at 16:00 London time for the prices of a full container load of pork shoulder on a per kilogram basis. The proposed assessments would provide additional pricing information and transparency for the German pork market, one that is opaque and which has been historically underserved, providing Mintec clients with a set of objective and independent price benchmarks for one of Europe's largest pork producing countries.
