Mintec launches Ukrainian Corn Benchmark Prices

Following a period of market feedback, Mintec has launched weekly Mintec Benchmark Prices (MBP) for Ukrainian corn, effective from Friday, 30th June 2023. 

The initial proposal to launch this assessment was announced in a market note published on 1st June 2023 which can be found here. The decision to go ahead with the launch was communicated in a market note on 16th June 2023, which can be found here.

Ukraine is one of the world's most significant agricultural producers and exporters and plays a vital role in supplying corn to the global market. The assessment provides Mintec subscribers with an independent FOB Benchmark for Ukrainian corn and provides Mintec subscribers additional granularity and insight into the global corn markets.
