Milk powders are used as an alternative to fresh milk. They can be used after dissolution in water or by direct adding the powder into a formulation. It is used to standardize dry matter or to optimize protein content. Milk powders are widely traded export products which are used in a variety of food and nutrition products.  Argentina a key player in the global dairy industry and major exporter. Argentina acts as a supplier for the South American continent and price-sensitive markets in Africa. The launch of the new assessments gives Mintec subscribers greater clarity in understanding price movements in the global dairy complex.
