Mintec clarifies the quality specifications for IQF Strawberry Sliced FOB East Coast US, series code USSSE.

As an IQF (individually quick frozen) fruit, this assessment represents IQF strawberries sliced without any added sugar. Since the inception of the series, assessments have been made on this basis, using data points referring specifically to IQF sliced strawberries rather than 4+1 or other ratios of sugar-added sliced strawberries.
