Mintec Clarifies Cheese Assessment Specifications

Mintec wants to clarify the quality specifications for the cheese Mintec Benchmark Prices with the codes DI19, CH23, ED27, J113 & J114.

These assessments reflect a minimum traded quantity of 22mt.
