Mintec is aware how important accurate and high-quality data is for users of its assessments and therefore endeavours to provide price assessments of the highest quality.
We recognise that sometimes users of our prices may have a different view as to how we have applied our published methodology to a price assessment. In such an instance, we would encourage you to reach out to one of our price assessors who will be more than happy to explain the price assessment process in detail to you.
However, should you feel that after having discussed the matter with the Commodity Insights Team our methodology application is still inconsistent for a given assessment, you can file a formal complaint which will be handled by Mintec’s Group General Counsel (GGC), and a person not directly involved in the complaint will be assigned the case for independence.
