What Happens on Launch Day?

Users will get an email announcing COMTELL Plus, and the option to walk through the platform with their Account Manager. Alternatively, upon first log-in, Users will be able to take a self-guided tour, showcasing all of the AMAZING features COMTELL Plus offers.

How Do I Log In?

COMTELL users will be able to access COMTELL Plus using SSO. This is the multi-factor authentication (MFA) you set up earlier this year.

Can I Access Data on Both Platforms?

Users that just have 1 subscription to either COMTELL or Mintec Analytics, or both, are invited to explore COMTELL Plus and its combined 28k+ price series, and 86 forecasts. Users can contact their Account Manager to learn more about adding a new commodity category to the subscription package.
